Hi, I’m Melissa

I’m an ADHD practitioner and I am here to support you in both the emotional and practical aspects of managing ADHD. I offer a holistic approach , where you can choose therapy, coaching, or a combination of both - depending on your individual needs. This means you won’t need to see separate professionals for different aspects of your journey.

With my professional expertise and personal experience with ADHD, I’m passionate about helping you understand your unique brain and develop strategies tailored specifically to you.   • The number of sessions you’ll need varies based on your goals and progress. Building effective strategies and achieving lasting change takes time and effort, so commitment is essential.

    I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to establish a strong foundation and address immediate concerns. As we progress, we can shift to biweekly sessions to maintain momentum while allowing you time to implement and refine the strategies we develop.

  • Individual sessions are priced at $150 per 50-minute session. For a more comprehensive approach, I offer a package of 10 sessions for $1,350, which includes a 10% discount off the regular rate. This package provides consistent support and a cost-saving benefit compared to booking sessions individually.

  • Standard ADHD treatments often involve medication, therapy, and coaching. With my education and training, I am able to offer both therapy and coaching. This means you don’t need to see separate professionals for different aspects of your care—I provide comprehensive support from start to finish, streamlining your journey to better manage ADHD.

    • Therapy: For deeper emotional issues, including anxiety, depression. In particular, CBT helps with learning practical skills that have been scientifically tested and have been shown to help cope with ADHD.

    • Coaching: For forward-focused support and actionable steps.

    You can choose therapy, coaching, or a combination of both, depending on your needs. If you're unsure which is right for you, we can discuss your options during our initial assessment or introductory call.
